ISG Takes £10 Million Scheme at The Leadenhall Building

ISG has taken one of the final fit out projects at The Leadenhall Building in the City of London, with the contractor awarded a £10 million scheme by Brit Insurance to create a new UK headquarters for the global speciality insurer and reinsurer.

The scheme sees ISG deliver a high-specification Cat B fit out across five floors of the new office development, totalling 66,000 sq ft. The contractor will create majority open plan accommodation across levels 16 to 18, including the provision of meeting space, break out areas and the installation of a large feature staircase between the three floors.

Across levels 39 and 40 of the building, ISG will deliver formal client meeting space, creating a new reception area and installing a helical staircase to link the two floors. The high-end mechanical and electrical services specification includes specialist lighting solutions and an upgraded building management system (BMS).
