New Wins Strengthen ISG's Relationship With Arnold Clark

Following a successful partnership with their first project together in Inverness, Arnold Clark, Europe’s leading car dealership, has appointed ISG to upgrade three of its existing showrooms inGlasgow.

ISG,Scotland’s fastest growing construction company, has now commenced works at Arnold Clark sites inMount Vernon, Royston and Rutherglen, all of which are expected to be completed by the end of the year.

At Peugeot MountVernon, ISG will refurbish the showroom and offices, improve the facade by incorporating new cladding and curtain walling, as well as enhancing the thermal performance of the structure and upgrading the building’s external appearance. Whilst the works are ongoing, ISG is providing temporary accommodation for Arnold Clark staff, to ensure that it is business as usual at the showroom.

AtNissan Royston Road, the existing office space will be refurbished and a spare workshop converted into a new showroom for previously owned cars, whilst at Ford Rutherglen, offices will be refurbished, and staff and customer washrooms upgraded.

Currently, ISG is involved in a major, fast-track project for Arnold Clark in Inverness, where the contractor is building a 710 sq m Volvo/Skoda showroom with ancillary accommodation and a 112 sq m valet bay facility. ISG’s performance across this project has resulted in the business securing a second contract in the town – with work due to commence on upgrading the Skoda showroom offices and insulation of the existing spray booths.
