ISG Converts Two into One on London’s Oxford Street
ISG has been awarded a structural refurbishment scheme that will see the company restore an historic Oxford Street façade and convert two back-to-back buildings into high-specification retail and residential space. The project involves the refurbishment of a former branch of HSBC at 431-433 Oxford Street, along with an adjoining property at the rear located at 35 North Row. The scheme forms part of a wider development, by customer Oxford Street Ltd, which is set to restore Oxford Street’s façades, with wider conservation works to the stone pilasters and antique brass finishes.
