New number of shares and votes in ITAB Shop Concept AB (publ)

The number of shares and votes in ITAB Shop Concept AB (publ) (“ITAB”) has changed due to the recently conducted directed new share issue.

The directed issue entails the issuance of 38,200,000 new ordinary shares in total. 24,719,827 ordinary shares were issued based on the authorisation from the Annual General Meeting held on 15 May 2024, and the remaining 13,480,173 ordinary shares are issued based on the subsequent approval of an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 21 October 2024. The 24,719,827 ordinary shares that were issued based on the authorisation have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm, whereby the number of ordinary shares and votes in ITAB has increased by 24,719,827.

Today, on the last trading day of the month, there are in total 244,140,360 shares, of which 239,740,360 ordinary shares and 4,400,000 Class C shares, and 240,180,360 votes in ITAB.
