A Gift from Italy: Promemoria’s Clever and Distinctive New Cordless Table Lamp
The Lucciola Lamp adds great Italian design to entertaining and gift-giving.
MILAN, ITALY, Fall 2012 -- Lucciola is a battery-operated, rechargeable, and thus portable table lamp. The lamp provides sleek, Italian-designed portable task lighting indoors or out. The charge lasts 8-10 hours so you can group multiples along a walkway or on a dining or buffet table for distinctive, safe, flame-free party lighting. The domed shade of Lucciola tilts to direct the LED light in any of three directions. The lamp is offered in two sizes (12" high and 18" high) and in four finishes: polished chrome, satin nickel, rose gold and bronze. Designed by Italian furnishings atelier Promemoria, Lucciola’s sophisticated, modern profile bears both sensuous curves and gentle whimsy – both signatures of the house’s leader, famed designer Romeo Sozzi. Like all Promemoria lighting, Lucciola has a flush-mounted, feather-touch switch engraved with the witty symbol of Promemoria, the frog, which is designed by nature to be always moving forward. Promemoria is offered through its own showrooms in New York and Dallas and select to-the-trade showrooms nationwide. Information/showroom locations: promemoria.com
