Jefast has today entered into an agreement to buy the property “Danmark 29” located in Helsingborg city. The transaction is made through a company transaction and the agreed property price value amounts to 179 millions.

The property “Danmark 29” is located in the south part of Helsingborg city – in the neighborhood of “Kv Holland 25” where Jefast is currently taking on a large remodeling project. A year ago Jefast also bought a property with 9,000 m2 from Wihlborgs. The property consists of 31 apartments, commercial spaces and a parking garage with 120 spaces. The property is fully let and consists of 11,095 m2. The largest tenants are the Employment Office (Sw Arbetsförmedlingen), The Swedish Migration Board (Sw Migrationsverket) and the Swedish Church.

-Another great acquisition for Jefast with great location in Helsingborg, says Martin Persson CEO, Jefast. With Helsingborg growing and developing as a city, including our own project “Söderpunkten”, this is really where we want to continue our growth and development as a local property owner!

The seller is Kullahusen Holding AB, and the broker was the Helsingborg located Valvet House of Business. Jefast will take over the property on May 4.
