Jefast is acquiring properties in Höganäs

Jefast has today entered into an agreement to buy two properties in Höganäs. The transaction is made through a company transaction and the agreed property price value amounts to 59 millions.

The two properties are located in Höganäs, where Jefast is well established as the largest private property owner. Jaguaren 4 is a logistic property with 5,780 m2, which is fully let to the company Topbrands Scandinavia. Tjörröd 6:8 is a commercial property located on the outlet shopping area in Höganäs. The largest tenant is Iittala Outlet and the property is fully let. The total rentable area amounts to 2,204 m2.

The seller is an investment consortium, which was represented by the Gothenburg based company Wilfast during the sales process. Jefast will take ownership on the 4th of May 2017.
