Jefast postpones opening of Kv Holland 25 - Correction

(Correction regarding opening month being October 2018 and not November 2018)

Jefast’s project in Helsingborg at Holland 25, earlier referred to as “Söderpunkten”, has a new opening date. It is now scheduled to take place on the 26th of October 2018. It has earlier been communicated an opening in different stages of which the first part was scheduled to open 23rd of March 2018 and the last part, SF Filmstaden, autumn 2018.

“The postponement of the first opening date means that we will be able to have a grand opening”, says Cassandra Jertshagen, CEO of Jefast. “From a commercial standpoint we believe this will benefit our tenants. We are currently investigating what other effects this change will have.” She continues:

“There are several reasons for this delay, not least that the scope of the project has increased. We also believe that the final product will be of much higher quality than what was first anticipated.” 

The effects of the postponement that are known as of today is the fact that the signed tenants will not be able to move into the premises as previously communicated.
