Learning Success for Employees

It was smiles all round at JHP Employability in Gloucester last week as three members of their team achieved their Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTTL’s) qualification and graduated from the JHP Academy. The JHP Academy is a group of apprentices training on-the-job to attain the relevant skills to progress them further in their careers. The academy support and motivates each and every individual through the learning process. Employees undertook their qualification though JHP Employability’s own e-learning environment and found it to be flexible and supportive, especially as sessions could be often be fitted in around their workload or in an evening. All three enjoyed it so much that they have already signed up for further study, with two of them moving onto CTTL’s and Eyvonne commencing IAG L3. Achieving these qualifications will support all three staff to continue on the fantastic work they do in supporting 16-18 year old Entry to Employment Clients into employment or further education in Gloucestershire by supporting them in finding local work placements and gaining level 1 qualifications. Congratulations to Jessica Scanlon, Eyvonne Dight & Sarah Howard on this fantastic achievement! Further information on the Denise Northedge, Regional Manager - JHP Employability South West.
