AB Sollentunahem cancels property transaction with JM In January 2001, JM signed an agreement with the municipal housing company AB Sollentunahem for the sale of ten office properties in Sollentuna for a price of MSEK 407. Following the municipal council's vote to oppose of the deal, AB Sollentunahem announced on 25 March 2001 that it was unable to complete the acquisition. "In line with our role as project developer, JM is maintaining a high pace of divestment in the portfolio of fully developed properties, and we are currently in negotiations with several interested parties for the properties in the transaction with AB Sollentunahem", says JM's Business Unit Manager Sten Hamberg. So far this year, JM has sold properties for a total of SEK 1.35 billion and a capital gain of MSEK 304.
