Anette Frumerie New Business Unit Manager in JM’s Executive Management

Beginning on Juli 1 Anette Frumerie, currently a regional manager at JM, will be the new business unit manager for the newly formed “JM Residential Greater Stockholm.” Zdravko Markovski will continue as business unit manager for “JM Residential Stockholm City.” At the same time Anette Frumerie will replace Sten Hamberg in JM’s executive management. After 28 years at JM, Sten Hamberg has chosen to cut back on his duties and will now move into a more senior role to work with matters such as strategic transactions on behalf of CEO Johan Skoglund.

“Anette’s dedication and extensive experience in housing production will be an asset for the executive management team and for all of JM,” says Johan Skoglund, CEO.

JM’s Stockholm operations will be reorganized to some extent in connection with this change. The business unit previously known as “JM Residential Stockholm” will be divided into two segments: “JM Residential Greater Stockholm” and “JM Residential Stockholm City” with Anette Frumerie as the business unit manager of the former and Zdravko Markovski of the latter. At the same time JM Residential Stockholm North Region will be divided into two segments. Recruitment of regional managers for these newly established regions is currently underway.

“The new structure represents an expression of JM’s continued strong focus on Stockholm, which is definitely our biggest market,” says Johan Skoglund.

In conjunction with Sten Hamberg’s decision to cut back on duties, Zdravko Markovski will assume responsibility for JM Property Development and for the subsidiaries Seniorgården and Borätt while Anette Frumerie will be responsible for business development.

These changes are all effective as of July 1.
