Another SEK 30 million in profits from Frösunda Park, Solna

During 2006 JM signed agreements with Vasakronan for the sale of commercial buildings and commercial building rights at Frösunda Park, Solna, Stockholm.

During the first half of 2007, JM reported SEK 86 million in profits from the project development of commercial building rights at Frösunda Park building 1, along with zoned land for buildings 2 and 3, located in the same area.

For the third quarter, the company reported an additional SEK 30 million in profits from building 1, where there is already full occupancy. Vasakronan will take possession of the office building at the end of December 2007.
