Borätt building in Farsta Strand close to the Magelungen lake

Borätt building in Farsta Strand close to the Magelungen lake JM's subsidiary AB Borätt has now started constructing 21 residential units in Farsta Strand. The project comprises two buildings on high ground where several apartments will have a view over the tree tops. The architects, Bergkrantz, have designed the buildings with an emphasis on open living space and comfort. The buildings are rendered in a pale colour and placed at an angle to each other to create a courtyard. Occupancy is scheduled for the end of 2004.
