Breaking ground for JM#s "Live in Sörmland" project

Breaking ground for JM's "Live in Sörmland" project JM's business unit head Johan Skoglund and Södermanland's county governor Bo Holmberg will put the first spade in the ground for one of the "Live in Sörmland" projects at noon on Thursday, 23 May. The ground breaking ceremony will take place at Marielundsviken, Mariefred. "Live in Sörmland" is partly financed by the Södermanland County Administrative Board and the Marielundsviken area is the first of the "Live in Sörmland" projects to be realised. A total of 80 homes will be built in the area, both single-family homes and apartment buildings. The first construction phase comprises 16 single-family homes. The area is close to water and landing-stages and bathing areas will be built.. Marielundsviken is 3 km outside Mariefred and 500 m from Läggesta station. The commuter train from Läggesta to Stockholm's Central Station takes 30 minutes.
