Building start for Presse park - new single-family home development in Kungsbacka On the eastern side of the Onsala peninsula, not far from the banks of Kungsbacka fjord, JM has now started phase one of the Presse park development with 27 detached, single-family homes out of a total of 75. The architects Per Sjöstrand and Ulla Persson at Lund & Vallentin Arkitekter found their inspiration for this area in the rich variety and small-scale buildings of Swedish towns and villages. The development has five different types of house in various heights, colours and design. The largest house, Villa Alhem, has a living space of 131 sq.m. on two floors and the smallest house, Villa Björkhem, is on one floor with living space of 93 sq.m. The first phase will be ready for occupancy in late autumn 2004.
