Change in JM's Executive Management

Zdravko Markovski, business unit manager of JM Residential Stockholm, has decided to leave the company. His decision has emerged after a long period of consideration. Zdravko's successor will be communicated separately. President and CEO Johan Skoglund will assume responsibility for the business unit until further notice.

"I am sorry that Zdravko has chosen to leave JM where he has been a very valuable and appreciated manager and employee for 27 years, and a member of executive management for 12 years. His efforts have been significant for the Group's development for a long time. At the same time, I know that we are excellently equipped to continue leading our important housing operations in Stockholm, which continue to be strong," says President and CEO Johan Skoglund.
