Collaboration agreement between JM and KF: JM develops an additional 600 waterfront apartments in Gothenburg JM and KF have signed a collaboration agreement for development of the Juvel property in the Eriksberg area of Gothenburg. The intention is to build around 600 upscale apartments in a waterfront setting. "Together with KF and the City of Gothenburg, we plan to develop the area along the same lines as the expansive development taking place in Norra Älvstranden", says JM_s Regional Manager Anders Lundberg. JM has previously produced 300 apartments in the area. Planning activities are expected to start during the year and construction is scheduled to begin in 2003.
