Europe's first intelligent housing inaugurated Phase 1 of Europe's first intelligent housing development was inaugurated today, commemorating completion of the first of 6 homes on the island of Värmdö just outside Stockholm. Here, cutting-edge IT solutions, architecture and environmental consideration are being integrated to create homes that offer security, safety, comfort and quality of life. Smart homes and intelligent living are here! Today JM AB inaugurated Europe's first smart home. In today's world people are finding the pace of life increasingly hectic. To alleviate this stress, smart living is designed to give the residents time for more than just work - time to relax and enjoy themselves. On Värmdö, JM has used advanced IT solutions, architecture and environmental consideration as cornerstones in building homes that provide security, safety, comfort and quality of life.
