Executive Management Changes at JM

Report this content

As part of the ongoing adaptation of operations to market conditions and in order to improve the efficiency of JM's executive management, the management group will be reduced from 11 to 9 people.

Responsibility for the former group staff "Communications" will be shared by Finance-, Treasury and IR (IR and media relations), Human Resources (internal communications) and the new group Marketing Communications and Business Development (marketing communications)

In addition to responsibility for JM Production (including property development), Anette Frumerie also has coordinating segment responsibility for all operations outside Sweden. Anders Wahrer is taking over as new head of JM Denmark and leaving executive management.

Accordingly, as of today JM's executive management consists of:

Johan Skoglund, CEO and President

Group Staff
Claes Magnus Åkesson, CFO, Finance- Treasury and IR
Urban Lilja, Chief Legal Advisor, Legal Affairs and Development
Helene Hasselskog, Director, Human Resources
Lennart Henriz, Director, Operations Development
Zdravko Markovski, Director, Marketing Communications and Business Development
Sören Bergström, Director Purchasing

Business units
Zdravko Markovski, JM Residential Stockholm
Sören Bergström, JM Residential Sweden
Anette Frumerie, JM Production and JM International (business segment)
Thor Olaf Askjer, JM Norway

"By making these changes in composition and areas of responsibility within executive management, we reduce the size of the management group while increasing proximity to operations," says Johan Skoglund, CEO and President. "This strategy is a natural component in our adjustment of the organization to a more challenging market situation. In addition, we can more easily coordinate the necessary adjustments in JM's foreign operations."
