Fifth Lease Signed for Frösunda Park

JM has signet a fifth lease for Frösunda Park (building 1) in Solna, Stockholm. VMware will move into the newly built premises in Frösunda Park. The five-year lease covers about 1 000 m2.

With this addition, all office space is now leased (building 1), which means 93 percent of the total area in Frösunda Park. Occupancy in the new premises is expected in July 2007. Other tenants include Tibnor, Amgen, Gartner and Bayer AB.
