Helena Söderberg new director of human resources

​Helena Söderberg will take over as new director of human resources at JM on December 6. She has previously worked as personnel manager at Skanska and most recently as Nordic HR Director at Alstom Transport. 

“Given the challenges JM faces regarding continued recruitment of talented employees, Helena Söderberg's extensive expertise and experience in the construction industry will be particularly valuable to us,” says Johan Skoglund, CEO at JM.

Helena Söderberg has worked in various HR functions since 1991 when she graduated with a degree in human resources in Uppsala. Her past experience includes 16 years with the Skanska Group.

“I look forward to continuing to develop the HR function at JM,” says Helena Söderberg. “One of my main tasks will be to ensure that JM continues to be an attractive employer.”

Helena Söderberg will be included in JM's executive management team. She is replacing Helene Hasselskog, who will leave JM in November.
