Houses for senior citizens at Hisingen in Gothenburg

Houses for senior citizens at Hisingen in Gothenburg JM's subsidiary Seniorgården has started construction of houses for senior citizens in the Tuve district of Hisingen in Gothenburg. Seniorgården is building 19 bungalows close to amenities at Tuve Torg and with good transport services to central Gothenburg. Two types of house are being built, one with 3 rooms and kitchen with a living space of 92 sq.m. and a larger one with 4 rooms and kitchen which is 102 sq.m. Both houses have windows on all four sides, which provides varying light during the day. Both houses have sheltered patios. Occupancy is scheduled for autumn 2004.
