Houses where people feel at home with views to enjoy

JM is now starting construction of housing in the last block by Nissan beach in Halmstad. The 77 apartments will not only have beautiful views toward the center and Norra Katts park, but also views upriver along the Nissan with the stadium Örjans Vall and the island Laxön in the background.

"It is highly gratifying to be able to start a construction project in these times. Sales have been in full swing and interest is great. Many apartments are already booked and reserved," says Anne Sjösten, sales associate at JM.

Garages and basements are ready and now JM will build the apartments. The two buildings will contain 77 two to six room-apartments. Occupancy is planned for the beginning of 2010. JM has already built 238 apartments of varying sizes in the Nissastrand area.

Construction work will be carried out in part by JM's own employees, as well as using local contractors. About 40 people will be employed during the course of the project.
