Intersport opens store in JM's premises in Lidingö
Intersport opens store in JM's premises in Lidingö JM AB has signed a rental agreement with Intersport for a new store at Torsviks Torg, Lidingö. The full-range store has a floor space of 1,200 sq.m. In addition, Vivo Superstore Lidingö will open its new extended store in September. Vivo Superstore is increasing its floor space by 800 sq.m. which will make it Lidingö's largest food store. Intersport will open at the same time. "We are very glad that Intersport is moving here," says Börje Hansson, project manager at JM AB. "Their full-range store together with Vivo's new store will further strengthen the attractiveness of Torsviks Torg. The three buildings at Torsviks Torg will now be renovated both inside and outside by JM which acquired the properties in 2001. The building closest to Lidingö Centre will be exclusively an office building while tenant-owned units are planned for the other two which will be ready for occupancy in autumn 2004. Of the total eight floors of office space, only three are not yet rented out. Among the retail space only one premises of about 500 sq.m. remains to be leased.
