JM AB acquires land in Mölndal JM AB is purchasing a site in Mölndal from Stora Enso. The centrally located area lies in attractive surroundings in Mölndals Kvarnby and Forsåkers Kronogård. JM plans to build 150 homes in the area, both terraced houses and apartment buildings. The project represents an order value of SEK 340 million.
