JM AB and Skanska Sverige AB sell land to Skanska Fastigheter Väst AB In a deal with Skanska Fastigheter Väst AB, JM AB and Skanska Sverige AB are selling part of the property Jordbromalm 4:11. The property is owned equally by JM AB and Skanska Sverige AB. The selling price amounts to SEK 20m and will provide JM with a capital gain of SEK 7m. This capital gain will be reported in the first quarter of 2004.
