JM AB's Nomination Committee's proposals for chairman and members at the 2013 Annual General Meeting

The Nomination Committee for JM AB is composed as follows:

  • AMF represented by Lars-Åke Bokenberger, Chairman
  • Swedbank Robur fonder represented by Björn Franzon
  • AFA Försäkring represented by Anders Algotsson
  • Nordea Fonder represented by Jan Särlvik
  • Lars Lundquist, Chairman of the Board of JM AB.

At JM AB's Annual General Meeting on Thursday, April 25 this year, the Nomination Committee will propose the following composition for the Board of Directors:

Number of Board members: eight ordinary members, no deputies.

The Nomination Committee proposes the re-election of Lars Lundquist as Chairman of the Board (elected 2005). The Nomination Committee also proposes the re-election of members Anders Narvinger (elected 2009), Kia Orback Pettersson (elected 2010), Åsa Söderström Jerring (elected 2007), Johan Bergman (elected 2012) and Johan Skoglund (elected 2003). Member Elisabet Annell Åhlund is not available for re-election.

The Nomination Committee proposes Eva Nygren as a new member of the Board. Eva Nygren is 57 years old and an architect. Eva Nygren worked for VAB AB for 15 years in various positions, as well as 13 years in various positions at the Sweco Group. Since 2012, Eva Nygren has served as president and CEO of Rejlerkoncernen AB. The Nomination Committee also proposes Kaj-Gustaf Bergh, a Finnish citizen, as a new member of the Board. Kaj-Gustaf Bergh, B.Sc. (Econ.), LL.M., is 57 years old. Kaj-Gustaf Bergh worked 15 years at Gyllenberg and SEB, and is currently the CEO at Föreningen Konstsamfundet RF. Kaj-Gustaf Bergh is Chairman of the Board at Fiskars, Finaref Group and Ålandsbanken. Kaj-Gustaf Bergh is also a member of the Board at Ramirent, Stockmann, Wärtsilä and Pensions Veritas, and has a number of Board appointments in the Konstsamfundet group.

Additional proposals from the Nomination Committee will be provided with the Annual General Meeting notice, which will be made public on Tuesday, March 26 this year.
