JM acquires Ceremonien, a property in Nockebyhov, Stockholm

JM subsidiary company Seniorgården is acquiring part of the property Ceremonien 5, Nockebyhov, Stockholm, from Micasa Properties. The deal is worth 88 MSEK.

Possession and payment will take place once planning permission has been granted for the zoning plan, however, not before the end of June 2014 at the earliest. Seniorgården is planning to build around 100 dwellings in the area, development that will start by first quarter 2015 at the latest.
