JM acquires land for new housing in Lund

JM signed an agreement today with Wihlborgs for the acquisition of a property in Lund in the south of Sweden. The acquisition is worth a total of SEK 60 million. Plans for the property include 200 residential units. The acquisition and payment will be made today.

Construction is expected to begin in summer 2008, with first occupancy planned for summer 2010.
