JM acquires Lindqvist Rör for MSEK 13

JM acquires Lindqvist Rör for MSEK 13 JM has acquired Lindqvist Rör in Stockholm, a company in the heating, water and sanitation business. The purchase price of MSEK 13 includes a residential property in the Hammarbyhöjden area of Stockholm. Lindqvist Rör has around 25 employees and annual turnover of around MSEK 35. "Our strategy is to step up the pace of JM's residential development from the current level of 2,500 to around 4,500 residential units per year. The motive for the acquisition is to secure future installation resources in the greater Stockholm area and to rationalise installation work in our projects", comments JM's Executive Vice President Magnus Key.
