JM acquires property at Liljeholmskajen, Stockholm

JM has concluded a contract today for the acquisition of land for another 380 dwellings at Liljeholmskajen in Stockholm. The purchase price is SEK 295 million. Access to the land and payment takes place on 6 December 2007. The vendor is Fabege AB.
