JM Acquires Property in Lund

JM has, via companies, acquired the properties Kugghjulet 1, 3 and 4 in Lund for a purchase consideration of SEK 125m. The properties, which are currently leased, provide a net rental income of over SEK 7 million/year. JM also has the option of acquiring Kugghjulet 5 at a later date. The company will pay for and take possession of the property today, February 15, 2008.

“As a property owner, JM has the opportunity to participate in developing the area around Öresundsvägen in Lund. The area is centrally located and extremely interesting for both residential and commercial buildings," says regional manager Jonas Håkansson in Lund.
