JM acquires two properties on Grev Turegatan for MSEK 67

JM acquires two properties on Grev Turegatan for MSEK 67 JM has purchased the two properties Stockholm Hinden 20 and 21 at Grev Turegatan 59 and 63 in Stockholm. The properties currently house a hospital and clinic, and these activities will continue even after the transfer of ownership. "We see definite project development potential here", says Bo Jacobsson, Property Management Director JM AB. "In a longer perspective we hope to generate value growth by renovating and upgrading the properties." The sellers are the Betania Foundation and Praktikertjänst AB Pension Fund and the combined purchase price amounts to MSEK 67. The occupancy date is 1 March 2001.
