JM has signed a transfer agreement with Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB for the acquisition of the property Torrdockan 7 at Dockplatsen in Malmö. The property’s detailed plan has gained final approval, and JM can develop approximately 170 residential units and 700 m2 of commercial area.

Occupancy and payment will take place in Q3 2020. The deal is worth SEK 110m and will be reported in the balance sheet in the JM Residential Sweden business segment in Q2 2020.

“It is fantastic to be able to be part of the continued development of Dockan. The area has a fantastic location between the port basin and the marina, which gives us the possibility of developing very attractive residential units,” says Lau Borch, Regional Manager JM South Region.
