JM acquiring property in Fålhagen, Uppsala
JM has signed an agreement to acquire land for approximately 200 building rights. The property value in the deal is SEK 85m. Payment will be made in Q3 2019.
The acquired property, Uppsala Fålhagen 10:4, is located in the Fålhagen neighborhood. A Willys grocery store currently occupies the property. At present, the property generates net rental income of approximately SEK 4 million a year. The acquisition will be reported within the JM Residential Sweden business segment in Q1 2019. Approximately 200 residential units, premises and a grocery store are being planned in the residential project.
“Fålhagen is a very popular residential area in Uppsala, and the acquisition is perfectly in line with both the current General Plan and JM’s plans for residential development in Uppsala.
