JM appeals the Court of Appeal's judgement on consolidation of tenant-owners associations

As previously communicated, the Court of Appeal has on November 9, 2022, issued a judgement which means that JM must consolidate tenant-owners associations during production in its consolidated financial statements according to IFRS.

The Court of Appeal has in important respects come to completely different conclusions than the Administrative Court. JM believes it is urgent that the issue be tried in the highest instance and will therefore appeal the Court of Appeal's judgement to the Supreme Administrative Court.
