JM building 300 new residential units in Täby

JM has signed an agreement to acquire the property Mars 1, as well as part of Tibble 10:33 in Täby Municipality, Stockholm.

The transaction is worth SEK 267m, of which deferred tax SEK 32m. Payment will be made at occupancy, which is planned for the end of 2013. The land is centrally located next to Täby Centrum, and comprises 12,000 m2. The local plan includes some 300 residential units. Production start is planned around the turn of the year 2013/2014.
