JM builds a second phase in Hagalid, Staffanstorp In June the first families moved into the new Hagalid housing area in Staffanstorp, outside Lund. At the same time JM is starting production of phase 2 comprising 24 single-family homes. This is the second of a total of six planned phases. Phase 1 with 21 single-family homes is sold out and interest in the houses is considerable. The project now starting comprises bungalows and two-storey houses, where the bungalows are 125 sq.m. and the two-storey houses 133 sq.m. All houses will be sold freehold and have storerooms, gardens and patios in a south/west position. A park meadow has also been completed in the centre of the Hagalid area in order to preserve ancient monuments and provide a green space. Occupancy is expected to start in summer 2005.
