JM builds at Farstaviken in Gustavsberg
JM builds at Farstaviken in Gustavsberg The turn of the last century buildings Strandvillan and Elkvarn were destroyed by fire in 1976 and 1993 respectively. JM is now reconstructing these buildings, which are located at Farstaviken, within walking distance from Gustavsberg's shopping centre in Värmdö. Much care has been devoted to the design of the new buildings, taking their former character into account. Strandvillan houses 5 residential units and Elkvarn 18. The residential units will be ready for occupancy in November 2004.
