JM builds homes by Slottsskogen in Gothenburg JM has now started building 73 tenant-owned apartments opposite Majvallen, at Godhemsberget in Gothenburg. Three residential buildings with four and five floors respectively and a garage under two of the buildings. The apartments comprise one to five rooms and kitchen and have an open design and large windows. The apartments will have balconies or patios and most have a view of Slottskogen. From some apartments there will also be a view over Majorna down towards the river and over to Hisinge. Scheduled for completion in autumn 2004.
