JM builds homes in Bällstaberg in Vallentuna

JM builds homes in Bällstaberg in Vallentuna JM has now started production of 42 new homes in Bällstaberg. This project is the tenth phase in the Bällstaberg area, which is at the southern end of Vallentuna municipality. The houses are being built with two and three floors around a courtyard. The two-storey houses have wooden facades and the three-storey ones have rendered facades. The houses range in size from 1 to 5 rooms plus kitchen and they all have a balcony or patio at ground level. The architects are White Arkitekter AB. JM has built more than 300 homes in Bällstaberg since 1996. The small- scale approach, varied houses, a new school and good communications make this a popular area. The houses will be ready for occupancy in spring 2004. The order value is just over SEK 60m.
