JM builds houses in Billdal outside Gothenburg JM is now starting construction of 39 houses in Billdals Kyrkby in a first and second phase of three planned phases. Billdals Kyrkby offers bathing, countryside and proximity to Gothenburg. A number of types of houses will give the area character with simple architecture. The houses are single or two-floor and detached or terraced/semi-detached. Residential floor area varies between 97 and 130 sq.m. Occupancy is expected in spring 2005. After the summer, JM will start sales of 33 homes in a third phase in the areas with mixed housing in the form of single-family homes and apartment blocks which will be sold as tenant-owned units.
