JM builds in Solna

JM builds in Solna In Huvudsta in Solna, close to the Västra skogen underground station, JM is starting construction of 87 apartments in apartment blocks. The apartments, ranging from 2 to 6 rooms, will be in four-storey buildings and two ten-storey buildings. Together the buildings form a protected courtyard adjacent to a park area and within walking distance from Lake Mälaren. Parking will be in underground garages with a lift to each floor, and in open outside parking spaces. All units have a balcony or patio, on the ground floor, facing south. Occupancy can start in April 2005 and the entire project will be completed at the end of December 2005.
