JM builds phase two in Sävedalen

JM builds phase two in Sävedalen JM is now starting sales of the second, and final, phase of Ekåsen in Sävedalen. The area is 10 minutes from the centre of Gothenburg and is being developed with semi-detached and terraced houses. The houses are being sold freehold. Single-storey 98 sq.m. and two- storey houses of 132 to 142 sq.m. The two-storey houses have four to five rooms and kitchen with an open-plan design and a straight staircase leading up to the upper floor. All houses have a patio or balcony facing west. The houses are connected to the district heating system with under floor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the upper floor.
