JM builds second phase in Upplands Väsby

JM builds second phase in Upplands Väsby JM is starting construction on the second, and final, phase of Vilunda in Gamla Väsby, in the middle of the Upplands Väsby shopping centre. This phase comprises 31 apartments in a five-storey building. Together with Vilunda Gård from the first phase of this project, the new building creates a sheltered courtyard. Architect Jan-Olov Fogelberg has designed the buildings taking the immediate environment into consideration, and the classical heritage. The buildings have rendered facades with accentuated windows. The homes will be sold as tenant-owned units and all apartments have a generous balcony, patio or terrace facing west towards the courtyard. Occupancy is scheduled for spring 2005.
