JM co-operates with Stockholmshem

JM is selling part of the Sjövik 5 property within the Liljeholmskajen project, where some 60 residential units are planned, to Stockholmshem. This deal is part of efforts to achieve a mix of rental and tenant-owned units in this project. At the same time, JM is exercising an option to acquire the Penninglandet 1 property in Bromma from Stockholmshem, where JM plans to build some 40 tenant-owned apartments.
