JM Construction building apartments in Norra Djurgårdsstaden, Stockholm

JM Construction has signed an agreement with HSB Bostad to construct 62 residential units through a turnkey contract. The total contract amounts to SEK 132m, which will be evenly distributed across the term of the contract.

The contract comprises new construction of 62 tenant-owned apartments that will satisfy the requirements for the Silver level in the Swedish Green Building Council's classification system. Construction start-up is planned for Q3 2017, and the contract will be completed at the beginning of 2019. 

“We are very pleased that HSB Bostad has entrusted us with the Broparken project, and we are looking forward to additional construction in the expanding Djurgårdsstaden area,” says Peter Neuberg, president of JM Construction.
