JM Construction building residential units in Tyresö, Stockholm

JM Construction has signed an agreement with Riksbyggen to construct 72 tenant-owned apartments and a parking garage through a turnkey contract. The total contract amounts to SEK 140m.

The contract comprises new construction of 72 apartments divided over five stairwells, as well as a two-story garage. Establishment and ground work are scheduled for June 2017, and the project is expected to be completed by Q2 2019. The project will be certified in accordance with the Swedish Green Building Council’s Silver level.
