JM Construction building residential units in Tyresö, Stockholm
JM Construction has signed an agreement with Småa to construct tenant-owned apartments, townhouses and premises through a turnkey contract. The total contract amounts to SEK 113m.
The contract comprises new production of 38 apartments, 9 townhouses and 3 additional premises. Establishment and ground work are scheduled for June 2017, and the project is expected to be completed by Q3 2019. The project will be constructed in accordance with the Silver level in the Swedish Green Building Council's classification system.
