JM continues to develop homes in Videdal, Malmö

JM continues to develop homes in Videdal, Malmö JM AB has now started phase two of its single-family home development in Videdal in east Malmö. The project comprises 22 tenant-owned units in single-storey and two-storey semi-detached houses. In Videdal in east Malmö, JM has started phase two with 22 houses in an area that will have a total of 45 homes. The houses are built around two courtyards and are inspired by the functional architectural style. Three types of house will be build in the area: semi-detached 137 sq.m. houses on two floors and detached 145 sq.m. houses on two floors, with a balcony on the upper floor, as well as semi-detached 89 sq.m. bungalows. All the houses will have a garden with patio as well as a garage and storeroom. All houses will be sold as tenant-owned units. Occupancy is scheduled for year-end 2004.
